This Privacy Policy describes how Cheeky Plush (the "Site," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

• Purpose: to provide products to you and fulfill our contract, process payments, arrange shipping, send invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for risk or fraud, and, in line with your preferences, send you information or advertising about our products.

• Shared with: our processor Shopify, payment processors, and our shipping and fulfillment partners.
• Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and other payment methods offered at checkout), email address, and phone number.

Customer support information

• Purpose: to provide customer support.
• Source: collected from you.
• Shared with: our email service provider.
• Information collected: your name, email address, order number, and any information you include in your messages.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, contact us at contactcheekyplush@gmail.com to request deletion.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, which does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. This includes:

• Temporary blacklisting of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions (for a small number of hours).
• Temporary blacklisting of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses (for a small number of days).

Your Rights
